There will be an upcoming price increase for both the cleaning services and Appraisal services that i offer. This change is to offset the increased shipping charges that i have been paying. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and I’ve been putting this off for as long as I can. Unfortunately, where the prices stand now, my profit margin has greatly decreased.
